Executive Leadership Transition at Aurora Day Camp

After leading Aurora Day Camp since 2017, Greg Hill will be stepping down from his role as Executive Director to take on a new opportunity to serve children and families in Georgia.

We are incredibly grateful for Greg’s leadership and the impact he has had on Aurora Day Camp and the greater Atlanta community. Under his guidance, more than 5,000 children battling cancer, along with their families, have benefited from the care and support of Greg and his dedicated team of professionals and volunteers.

Aurora’s Board Chair, Malena Casey, shares, “On behalf of the Board, I want to extend our deepest gratitude to Greg for his remarkable vision and leadership while guiding Aurora Day Camp since 2017. Through his dedication, he has created a special place for children with cancer and their siblings, providing joy and support to countless families. We are truly thankful for his years of service and the profound impact he has made.”

The Sunrise Association, Aurora’s parent organization, extends its gratitude to Greg for his dedication and contributions over the years. His efforts have strengthened our mission to provide children with joyful, meaningful experiences.

While we bid farewell to Greg, we are excited about what lies ahead for Aurora Day Camp. A search for the next Executive Director is already underway, and we look forward to continuing to serve families throughout the Atlanta area with the same passion and care.
